Bradley Hess, Sebastian man, charged in molestation case shared on Facebook

SEBASTIAN — Detectives said they are conducting an investigation involving a teenage girl who was molested in an incident videotaped and shared on Facebook .

Bradley Scott Hess, 24, of the 10000 block of Mulberry Street, Sebastian, was charged Monday with lewd and lascivious molestation. Hess remained at the Indian River County Jail Tuesday in lieu of $15,000 bail.

The incident took place at an unspecified home about noon Saturday, according to the affidavit. Police described the molested teen as a 13- or 14-year-old girl. She told detectives she was in the shower at the time of the incident, the affidavit states.

Detectives said they found a video of the incident on Facebook, which the girl said was posted there without her permission.

Many of the details of the two-page affidavit were redacted. The investigation is continuing, police said.
