INDIAN RIVER COUNTY — A cable installation representative kicked in the door of a home and attacked two customers at their home Saturday, according to an Indian River County Sheriff’s Office affidavit.
Omario Kris Henley Carlyle, 33, who works for Comcast, was charged with burglary and two counts of battery. Carlyle, of the 5500 block of Northwest East Torino Parkway, Port St. Lucie, remained at the Indian River County Jail on Tuesday in lieu of $7,000 bail.
Carlyle went to the cable customer’s home on a service call in the 2300 block of 17th Avenue Southwest in Indian River County about 4 p.m. Saturday, his affidavit states. Carlyle approached the man of the home growling and grabbed his shirt, according to the report.
The resident shoved the cable representative out of the house, but Carlyle then kicked in the front door, the affidavit states. Carlyle groped a female in the home and licked her face before he was shoved out of the home again, the residents told deputies.
While outside, Carlyle grabbed a bicycle and rammed it against the front door several times before a deputy arrived, the affidavit states. He growled at the deputy and mentioned he needed some medication before he was taken into custody.
