INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, Fla. - An Indian River County corrections officer has been fired after his arrest on charges he inappropriately touched an inmate.
50 year-old Charles Seager had been on the job two years.
The female inmate claimed Seager had made suggestive comments to her and had touched her while she was restocking a supply closet.
Seager faces two counts of battery.
