Woman taken to hospital after wreck on Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A woman was taken to Columbia Medical Center after her car spun off the roadway on northbound Interstate 95 in West Palm Beach, authorities at the scene said.

The wreck happened just after 6:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes just south of 45th Street. The wreck involved only one car and did not block traffic.

The woman was conscious after the wreck. Fire rescue crews have cleared the scene.
