WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A woman suffered serious injuries after falling off a horse at the South Florida Fairgrounds Friday, night, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
Police say the patient was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center by Trauma Hawk.
