Woman in hospital after cops say husband tried to run her over in West Palm lodge parking lot

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A woman is in the hospital after her husband tried to run over her with a car in a motor lodge parking lot this morning in West Palm Beach, police spokesman Alan Ortman said.
West Palm Beach police and fire rescue crews were dispatched to the Dutchman Motor Lodge at 7211 S. Dixie Hwy. at 7:05 a.m. Ortman said the woman was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center, but he did not know the extent of her injuries. Police are investigating the matter.
