WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Vince Demasi, the new chief of the West Palm Beach Police Department, will report to work on Monday, according to Elliott Cohen, city spokesman.
His starting salary will be $140,000 per year.
Demasi comes from Cincinnati, where he was the assistant chief of police. He was scheduled to retire from the Cincinnati police force when he was tapped to lead the West Palm Beach Police Department.
