An investigation is underway into a deadly house fire overnight in West Palm Beach -- and a neighbor of the residence believes the man inside was murdered.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- An early morning fire destroyed a home in West Palm Beach Thursday morning, according to firefighters on the scene.
It happened just after 4 a.m. in the 1100 block of 22nd Street.
West Palm Beach Fire Rescue says the home was vacant at the time.
Once it has been deemed safe to go in, firefighters will check the home to see if there was anyone inside at the time.
Thirteen trucks responded to the blaze.
Crews with Florida Power and Light also responded to shut off power to the home.
