WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A vehicle struck a bike rider in West Palm Beach Tuesday morning and left the scene, police say.
The bicyclist was riding near 18th Street and Dixie Highway when the collision happened.
The victim was transported to St. Mary's Medical Center for treatment as a trauma patient, but is expected to live.
West Palm Beach Police are looking for a 2005 gray Honda Accord with damage to the windshield with license plate 896-PEI.
