WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Maneuvering around downtown West Palm Beach was difficult for motorists Monday after a train became stuck.
The city says an FEC freight train, that is 2 miles long, stopped temporarily in the downtown area.
According to the city, the train was blocking all access to the downtown area.
The FEC tracks are farther east of the tracks on which the Tri-Rail operates.
A problem with its brakes was the reason the train was stuck.
