WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The teenage driver involved in a deadly car accident that killed a popular high school student is expected to turn himself in.

Anthony Valdesuso faces a vehicular homicide charge.

Police say the 19 year old was speeding near Forest Hill High School in April when he lost control of his Mustang and smashed into a utility pole.

His passenger, 16 year old Allison Sheffield, died a day after the crash.
