Spirit Airlines Airbus 319, flight 946 was forced to make an emergency landing at Palm Beach International Airport Thursday evening.
The jet touched down at approximately 5:27 pm.
According to the Spirit Airlines website, the flight was coming from Cartagena, Colombia to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
According to PBIA airport officials there were indications engine 2 went out.
The plane landed safely. There were no injuries.
