Early morning shooting near restaurant in suburban West Palm

SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- One person was shot this morning near a restaurant in suburban West Palm Beach, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office.
The sheriff's office originally reported two victims, but later corrected the victim total to one.
The shooting happened in the 4600 block of Forest Hill Boulevard around 5:47 a.m.
The victim was taken to JFK Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Sheriff's office deputies are in the preliminary stages of the shooting investigation.
There is no word on any suspects.
