School 'bully' attack caught on camera

SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Attorney Craig Goldenfarb is representing a 13 year-old student whom he claims was bullied by a classmate.

According to the attorney the incident happened at Jeaga Middle School in West Palm Beach on October 27, 2010.

The student, Joshua Poole was in his seventh grade math class when the alleged bullying escalated into a fight.

The attorney says another student recorded video of the fight on a cell phone. The video was later posted online.

Goldenfarb says as a result of the fight, his client was suspended for six days.

In a letter Goldenfarb sent to the media, the teenager's parents "brought the video to the attention of the school administration. The administration apologized to the parents and criminal charges against the bully have now been filed."
