West Palm Beach, Fla. - Former Vice Presidential nominee Sarah Palin made her way to West Palm Beach Wednesday for a couple of private speaking events.
On Monday, President Obama will be in Miami for a private fundraiser at the home of NBA legend Alonzo Mourning.
Political experts say the Republican and Democratic parties are scheduling more appearances in the Sunshine State.
"There's a lot of money here and there are a lot of people here who write political checks," said Sid Dinerstein, the Chairman of the Republican Party of Palm Beach County.
The Chair of the Democratic Party of Palm Beach County, Mark Alan Siegel, says its critical for both parties to be visible to Florida voters because it helps attract attention at the grassroots level.
"Ultimately, Florida's soon to be 29 electoral votes will be in play for the election of 2012 and everybody who seeks to be a nominee or to win the office will be here," said Siegel.
