WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - West Palm Beach police are trying to find a missing juvenile.
They say 19 month old Lloyd Christopher Layne was last seen August 31.
He was being watched by his father Mutazz Hakim Bey.
Police suspect Bey took the youngster to New York without the permission of his mother.
