WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office detectives are asking the public to help identify a woman suspected of attempted theft and identity fraud.
Just after midnight on Aug. 23, a woman tried to steal produce from the Walmart on Belvedere Road near West Palm Beach, according to Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Teri Barbera.
The woman ran off when the store's loss prevention people confronted her. She left her purse, which contained several identification cards with different names, Barbera said.
Sheriff's Office detectives ask anyone who can identify this suspect to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-458-8477.
