PBC finishes counting votes: Marcia Andrews wins School Board seat by 40 votes

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - Update: PBC election officials have finished counting ballots in Riviera Beach. Marcia Andrews will win the District 6 school board seat by 40 votes.

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections and her staff are busy sorting through absentee ballots once again.
The counting is taking place at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Service Center in Riviera Beach.
Tuesday night a box of roughly 500 absentee ballots were found uncounted.
The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections office has until noon Sunday to submit a final certification to Tallahassee.
