Court documents have been released in the Paul Michael Merhige case.

Merhige is accused of gunning down four family members last Thanksgiving in Jupiter and remained on the loose for six weeks.

The documents, released a short time ago, include witness interviews, police reports and information from his laptop computer.

Attorneys had tried to keep the documents sealed until trial, but they were ordered released last week.

On a phone call released between Merhige and his father you can hear the suspect sobbing and telling his parents over and over again that he loves them.

Pictures were also released of items found in Merhige's car. Among the information released were cell phone records taken from multiple phones which indicate Merhige was in the Plantation area of Broward County and in the Keys between the Thanksgiving murders and his December arrest.

His laptop had hundreds of pages of deleted history including thousands of pages from porn websites.
