A Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputy who was arrested for suspected sex crimes involving a minor could soon get out of jail soon.
A judge Wednesday morning reduced sergeant Mario Pradere's bond from 100-thousand dollars to 30-thousand dollars.
He's charged with lewd and lascivious behavior and video voyeurism on a person less than 18- years-old.
The state argued that Pradere may be a risk to himself after a suicide note was discovered, but his attorney Steve Sessa says his client will be OK.
"I've talked to Mr. Pradere. Anybody in jail, They're probably not at their best, but Mr. Pradere is safe and we are here to fight these charges."
Other terms of his release include in-house arrest, no weapons, no contact with minors or alleged victims in this case, and he must report to internal affairs.
