Two patients were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center after sustaining serious injuries in a rollover accident in West Palm Beach, said Captain Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A man was taken to a trauma center Wednesday evening after being struck by a vehicle near Military Trail and Summit Boulevard in suburban West Palm Beach, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
Rescue crews found the man lying on the roadway near the McDonald’s Restaurant. He met trauma alert criteria and was taken to St. Mary’s Medical Center for treatment, Borroto said.
The accident happened a few minutes before 8 p.m.
There are no other details immediately available.
