WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - West Palm Beach police are trying to locate a missing man.
Timothy Bell was last seen three weeks ago. Also missing is his red and white motor scooter.
Police say his personal belongings were recovered at his home.
Bell is 45 and has gray hair and brown eyes. He's 6'3" and weighs 210 lbs.
He also has scars on his chest from a heart operation.
