WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A suspicious white powdery substance found late Sunday evening in Carrousel 6 in the baggage area at Palm Beach County International Airport is "common household cleaning material and did not pose any danger or threat, said Capt. Albert Borroto, spokesman for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.

Arriving passengers were kept away from their luggage for more than an hour while hazmat crews investigated the nature of the powder.

The substance was discovered around 9:20 p.m. on Sunday.
