WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - West Palm Beach motorists will be detoured around the Florida East Coast (FEC) Railway crossing at Ardmore Road for the next several days beginning Sunday morning, according to Elliott Cohen, spokesman for the City of West Palm Beach.
Cohen said that between 6 a.m. Sunday and midnight Tuesday, the crossing will be closed for repairs.
Motorist traveling east on Ardmore Road will be directed to turn unto Florida Avenue and then west to Westwood Road to reach S. Dixie Highway. Westbound traffic should turn onto Westwood Road to reach Claremore Drive, Cohen said.
