WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - They are at it again on Capitol Hill--introducing a measure to do away with dollar bills in favor of dollar coins. It would save taxpayers billions of dollars over the long haul, so the thinking goes, because coins last longer than paper money and replacement costs would be sharply reduced.
