WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Dalia Dippolito didn't show any emotion as sheriff's deputies walked her out in handcuffs moments after a jury found her guilty of solicitation to commit 1st degree murder.
She was on trial for trying to hire a hit man to kill her husband Michael. That hit man was actually an undercover officer.
Michael Dippolito was in the courtroom for the verdict.
Afterward he didn't talk, but his attorney Jason Brodie did. "This isn't over for him, it's not over. He needs to go forward. And he needs closure, hopefully the first step in healing and moving forward with his life."
Dalia's family refused comment after the verdict.
The case came down to video evidence versus a reality TV theory.
The prosecution, which won't talk to the media until sentencing, had video of Dalia planning the hit against her husband.
The defense said it was all a scheme by Michael to become famous on reality TV.
In the end, the jury thought the prosecution's argument was better.
Sentencing is set for June 16th.
