WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A deadly crash on Florida's Turnpike near Okeechobee Boulevard this morning is blocking southbound lanes.

Rescue crews responded to the scene around 5:02 a.m., according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue spokesperson Albert Borroto.

According to Borroto, one vehicle struck the wall and was also hit by a semi-truck.

Three other people were hurt in the crash -- one is a trauma alert taken to St. Mary's Medical Center and two are less critical patients who were transported to West Palm Hospital, Borroto said.
