WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- A mixture of cuisine offerings is coming to CityPlace by the end of the year, filling several empty restaurant spots.

Pampas Grille will go in the spot formerly occupied by McCormick and Schmick’s at Okeechobee Boulevard across from Ruth’s Chris Steak House. It should open this fall.

Mellow Mushroom will toss pizzas in the spot where Kona Grille was, at Okeechobee and Rosemary Avenue.

Mojito Latin Cuisine & Bar is taking over the space held in recent years by Carlos and Charlie’s and the Carousel Can Can Cafe.

Also, Frank Entertainment is bringing Revolutions Bowling, Bar & Grille to the shopping and entertainment complex. Revolutions will occupy a stretch down Rosemary Avenue from Macy’s to Publix and several stores moved out a couple of months ago to make room for that. It’s supposed to open in November.

That largely will fill CityPlace back out before snowbirds and winter tourists arrive.

Here’s more details, from a release by the O’Donnell Agency.

Pampas Grille: A Brazilian’style churrascaria known for offering an endless array of delicious meats at it’s Las Vegas, New York City and San Francisco Bay locations. It’s opening in the 10,000-square-foot space at the south end of CityPlace on Okeechobee Boulevard.

Mellow Mushroom: Pizzeria franchise founded by three college students in 1974 and has decor and menu offerings to match its moniker such as the “Magical Mystery Tour” and “Kosmic Karma.” The 7,000-sq.-ft. restaurant will open on the corner of South Rosemary Avenue and Okeechobee Boulevard.

Mojito Latin Cuisine & Bar: Latin-fusion menu includes tapas and at least 15 varieties of mojito, and the high-top tables face the stage where bands will play Cuban music and other live entertainment. The nearly 8,000-square-foot restaurant will be on the second level by City Cellar.

Revolutions at 35,000-square-feet will offer a restaurant and bar in addition to bowling and an arcade.
