WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews were called to the intersection of 120th Street at 60th Avenue Sunday morning after a truck was found submerged in a canal.
Officials said a man drove his truck through a stop sign and into a canal, and then took off.
Alcohol may have been involved in the accident, after a number of beer cans were found floating near the truck, authorities said.
The investigation is ongoing.
