SUBURBAN WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- The frame of a burnt bed, dresser, shelf and other household items remain stacked outside of a badly damaged condominium building Thursday morning.

Authorities are now calling multiple fires at the Bosque Lane apartment complex in suburban West Palm Beach arson.

One of the units, occupied by 20-year-old Loren John Farmer, has been completely gutted by the fires.

The windows are now boarded up. A sign, depicting a cash reward for information, is on the door.

Neighbors, along with the property manager, say Farmer has been targeted.

Investigators say two propane tanks were found by the doors of the damaged units.

Neighbors are worried the string of suspicious events will continue.

A sheriff's deputy remained parked outside the building overnight.
