WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Bond was set at $500,000 for a 27-year-old employee of Boynton Beach's South Tech Academy charter school Friday morning.

DeJean Mrytil, a dean's assistant and mentor of the in-school suspension program at the charter school, is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old student. He is being charged with lewd or lascivious battery, a second-degree felony.

A judge ordered Mrytil have no contact with the victim, who is now 16-years-old, according to Lantana Police Commander Sean Scheller. Mrytil was also ordered to have no contact with anyone under the age of 18.
