WEST PALM BEACH. Fla. - A 17-year-old accused of pulling out a gun and shooting at the South Florida Fair last month is being held on a quarter million dollars bond.

Tommy Poindexter faced a judge Monday on a charge of aggravated battery with a firearm.

Investigators say Poindexter shot at another teen at the fair following an argument.

The sheriff's office says Poindexter is a known gang member. His mother denies that accusation.
