A blue and gold Macaw was stolen from a West Palm Beach woman on Tuesday night around 11:30 p.m.
Nathalia Calderon received a phone call from her mother Mery Calderon last night.
Her mother was crying hysterically as she shared the details of the theft.
The family was inside their house watching TV when they heard the bird scream.
Mery Calderon got outside as quickly as she could, but the bird was gone, the yard gate left open by the burglar.
The theft occurred on El Vedado Court E. between Georgia Ave. and Lake Ave. in West Palm Beach.
