WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - West Palm Beach police are investigating a claim by a student that a man urged her to commit an inappropriate act.
The girl, who attends Bear Lakes Middle School, said she was waiting for a school bus at 36th Street and Pinewood Avenue Thursday morning.
She says that's when the man approached and asked her to take off her pants.
She refused and he left.
Later, at school, she revealed the story and administrators contacted police.
West Palm Beach dispatched an officer to investigate.
A complete description of the man was not released.
