WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Body scanners are used in more than 50 airports around the country including Miami and Fort Lauderdale. They will also soon be used at Palm Beach International.

Some believe the images are too revealing.

The Electronic Privacy Information Center, a Washington DC advocacy group, has filed a lawsuit saying that the body scan machines violate the 4th amendment right to privacy.
