WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - I thought it would be good to have a reminder of what spirit and determination can do in the face of a natural disaster. Americans, including many of you, are coming together to help tornado victims in Oklahoma.
Recovering from the devastation seems like an insurmountable task. It isn't. Just ask the people of Jersey Shore. They are getting on their feet again, opening businesses and establishing new roots, in the wake of Hurricane Sandy's monumental blow last year. It did not seem possible then, and there is still much to do.
The scars will last for years and not everyone will enjoy the same opportunity for renewal. But they have come a long way in a short time. The people in Oklahoma vow they will do the same. Check story below.
