WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Prompted by past criminal activity, West Palm Beach's Moonfest will once again be off limits for people younger than 21-years old.
The event on Oct. 26 will be gated and ticketed.
The City of West Palm Beach will be enforcing a 9:00pm curfew for anyone under the age of 18 not accompanied by an adult.
Anyone found in violation of the curfew will be taken to an area on the corner of Fern Street and Rosemary Avenue and required to stay there until an adult picks them up.
Furthermore, the city will not allow coolers, backpacks, purses or weapons of any kind inside the gates.
Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the gate.
City parking garages will be open for the event. Parking will be $10 cash upon entrance.
There is no tailgating, drinking or organized activity permitted in the garages.
