14 year old hair weave bandit arrested

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla - What started as an attempt to take off with hair weave extensions, ended with a 14 year old handcuffed, according to Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies.

According to deputies, around 1:15pm on Tuesday afternoon, a 14 year old entered the Fabulous Beauty Supply store on Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach.  Deputies say a manager caught the teen stealing hair weave extensions.  That's when the manager, along with some employees, confronted the teen.  According to deputies, the teen pulled out a can of pepper spray and started spraying the employees. 

Anna Tosson, an accountant for the beauty supply store, was in the back office when the incident occurred.

"All I heard was my manager screaming for me to try to call 9-1-1, but I don't know what's going on until I saw them holding him down, the guy was on the floor."

The employees from the store managed to hold the teen down until deputies arrived.

The teen was arrested and will likely face robbery charges.
