13-year-old found, West Palm Beach police say he was from Broward County

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - UPDATE: A guardian was located. Child was from Broward County.

EARLIER STORY:

West Palm Beach police are trying to identify a 13-year-old who was found along Okeechobee Boulevard Thursday morning.

Police say he mentioned the name Ian Hall, but they aren't sure that's the youngster's name.

They say he appears to be developmentally challenged as he is unable to give them an address, or phone number.

Police say he was wearing a striped shirt, khaki pants, and white tube socks. He did not have on shoes.
