WELLINGTON, Fla. - People are evacuated from three stores at a Wellington shopping center as firefighters investigate a gas leak.
Palm Beach County Fire Rescue said they received a report of a propane leak inside of a business at the Wellington Marketplace at 11a.m. Sunday.
Fire crews said there are 4, 50 gallon propane tanks being investigated behind the shopping plaza located on the 1300 block of Wellington Trace.
The stores evacuated include Brooklyn Bagel, Japan Express and Alligator Art.
The amount of gas that has leaked is unknown, as crews continue to burn off the remaining product.
Nobody was injured or treated by paramedics.
