WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Florida State Attorney Ellen Roberts is going to court as soon as today, to file a motion to try and block a move by John Goodman's defense attorney, Roy Black.

Black wants to have Goodman's damaged Bentley tested as part of his defense in the case against his client.

Goodman is charged with DUI manslaughter, vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident. The charges all stem from the February 12 crash that killed Scott Wilson.

Goodman, who is free on bond while awaiting trial, also faces a wrongful death suit by Wilson's family.

Prosecutors claim Goodman tested more than twice the legal limit for alcohol in the hours after the crash in Wellington.
