WELLINGTON, Fla. - Beginning Monday, July 11th, residents will be able to easily report code violations, potholes and other issues by visiting Wellington's Citizens Action Center on the city's website, www.wellingtonfl.gov. This upgraded system will allow residents to create personal accounts to log in and communicate with staff without having to rely on email.

The Citizens Action Center is divided into four categories: Find Answers allows residents to easily navigate through our frequently asked questions; Make a Request allows residents to report a problem or register a complaint; Ask a Question allows residents to submit a question to the appropriate Staff member based on the category selected for the question; and My Support Center allows residents to check the status of requests and questions previously submitted.
To visit the Citizens Action Center, visit www.wellingtonfl.gov, go to the E-Services tab and click on Citizens Action Center.
