Suspect wanted in violent, unprovoked attack

PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. - A woman was grabbed from behind and stabbed several times in a violent attack Monday shortly before 6 a.m. in Sunny South Estates, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said.

The victim said it was an unprovoked attack.

She suffered stab wounds to the face, shoulder and arms.

The victim described her attacker as a white man in his early to mid-twenties. She said he was around 5' 9" to 6-feet tall, and weighed about 150 pounds. He wore all black with a hoodie and/or a baseball cap and sunglasses.

It's possible the suspect had a metal type of rod down his back.
