ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Two victims are being treated this morning at area hospitals after Palm Beach county Fire Rescue responded to reports of a possible stabbing.

Capt. Albert Borroto of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue confirmed that units responded at 8:41 Saturday morning and discovered two patients suffering injuries at 9900 Belvedere Road in Royal Palm Beach (the location of a Wal-Mart store.)

One victim's injuries required them to be taken to St. Mary's hospital of West Palm Beach via trauma hawk and the second was transported to Palm West hospital via ground rescue.

A father and son were arrested for attacking and stabbing a person over a "road rage" incident.

This story will be updated as more details become available.
