Reports have suggested there will be a planned tribute honoring the 50th anniversary of the James Bond franchise at the Oscars this weekend, but at least one 007 won't be in attendance.

ROYAL PALM BEACH, Fla. - A man was arrested Saturday evening after he stood up and screamed “you’re all going to die for the government” at the start of the showing of the movie Skyfall at Regal Cinemas in Royal Palm Beach, said Teri Barbera, spokeswoman for Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

The man appeared drunk and was charged with disorderly conduct, Barbera said.

Regal Cinemas voluntarily refunded the money to patrons who decided not to stay to watch the movie.

The theater was not evacuated, she said.
