Child and adult struck by a car in Royal Palm Beach airlifted to the hospital

A child and an adult were airlifted to the hospital  after being stuck by a car in Royal Palm Beach, according to Palm Beach County Fire Rescue spokesman, Captain Albert Borroto.

The incident happened at approximately 4:47 p.m. in the 11300 block of Okeechobee Boulevard.

Both patients were transported by Trauma Hawk to St. Mary's Medical Center.
