Valdano Riche charged with murder of Dennis Donahue

Police now released the identity of one of the suspects charged with shooting and killing Dennis Donahue in Riviera Beach Saturday morning, according to Rose Anne Brown, spokeswoman for the Riviera Beach Police Department.

Valdano Riche, 22, was charged with first degree murder and tampering with evidence, says Brown.

The second suspect is 15-years-old and was charged as an accessory, confirms Brown.

The shooting occurred around 9:30 Saturday morning on West 23rd Street in Riviera Beach.

Donahue was transported to a local hospital where he later died, says Brown.

The two suspects originally fled the scene, but canine tracking quickly led police to their location at a home in the 300 block of West 20th Street, confirms Brown.

Police say the motive has not yet been determined.
