Victim identified in deadly Riviera Beach police shooting

Riviera Beach Police identify the victim who died as a result of an early Saturday morning shooting.
54-year-old Manual Cooley was found lying in the roadway on the 2800 block of Avenue P just after 4:30 a.m.
Roads were shut down on 28th & 29th Streets between R & O Avenues while police officers investigated the shooting.
Cooley was pronounced dead on scene.
