RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. - Melvin Horne, 24, of Riviera Beach is the man Riviera Beach Police say was fatally shot at Stonybrook Apartments after 12 p.m., Saturday.
Spokeswoman Rose Anne Brown said upon arrival authorities found Horne lying on the ground in front of building H along the 1500 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
No word on a suspect at this time.
