Fatal shooting suspect makes first appearance in RB court

Riviera Beach —

A 45-year-old Riviera Beach man was arrested Saturday after his alleged involvement in a shooting that left a homeless man dead, spokeswoman Rose Anne Brown said.

Michael Neal Parramore was being held at the Palm Beach County Jail without bond on Sunday. He has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault.

The shooting happened just before 9 p.m. Friday in the first block of West 14th Street, just west of Broadway.

The victim’s name has not been released by police.
